Educational information
The website explains insurance questions about vacant homes, commercial buildings, land, and renovation projects. General explanations cannot decide coverage for an individual property. Actual policy wording, facts, exclusions, limits, endorsements, and conditions control.
A request is not insurance
Submitting a request does not bind insurance, guarantee a quote, or establish eligibility. Coverage begins only at the confirmed effective date and time after the required steps are completed. A requested start date is not confirmation of coverage.
Property location and availability
The directory and form include all 50 U.S. states. A listing is not a statement of nationwide agency licensure or a guarantee that every product is available. Actual authorization, handling, property details, and available options must be reviewed.
Changes and claims
For a claim, coverage change, cancellation, or urgent policy matter, use the contact and reporting instructions on the actual policy. This website’s request form does not bind, change, or cancel coverage and is not a claims-reporting service.
Communication consent
The online form includes one required, unchecked consent checkbox for phone calls, emails, and text messages from Vacant.insure about your request and quote follow-up. Consent is not required to purchase insurance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. Call permission may be withdrawn at any time. This acknowledgement does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. See the privacy policy for more information.

Property scenes and photographs illustrate the subject. They are not customer testimonials, examples of accepted risks, or representations that a pictured property is insured.
